EATING OUT
Here are a few local restaurants our guests have chosen to go to for their evening meal, The Seafood Cafe half way between Ballachulish and Kinlochleven, just a few miles south of Tigh Bhan at Port Appin we have the Pierhouse over looking the island of Lismore, Two miles north of Tigh Bhan in the next village we have The Holly Tree. or why not try the Onich Hotel just over the Ballachulish bridge in the village of Onich. For that extra special treat the Isle of Eriska Hotel offers to non- residents Dinner, Spa and Golf facilities.

WEATHER
For general use BBC WEATHER and the other which is for the hill walkers and climbers is THE MOUNTAIN FORCAST we do have a copy of this one for our guests each day those who require it.
CYCLE PATH
The Sustrans Cycle Path which runs from Oban to Glencoe is well under way, with more to be completed in the Spring of 2011, most off the path is off the main road and follows the disused railway track and old road so check out the link for more information and a map of this part of Route 78 of the National Cycle Network. Here at Tigh Bhan we are also used as a stop over for those cycling from Land's End to John O' Groats, we have plenty of secure cycle storage.

For all you keen golfers just 4 miles from Tigh Bhan we have The Dragons Tooth Golf Course Ballachulish, a nine hole golf course with spectacular views over Loch Linnhe.
